Baby Lancers, Baby Jaguars battle for semis slot

THE University of the Visayas Baby Lancers are out to prove that its 68-42 win over the University of San Jose-Recoletos Jaguars last Thursday was not a fluke as they try to take the last ticket to the high school basketball semifinal round in the curtain raiser of the 2015 Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) tournament at the Cebu Coliseum this afternoon.

On the other hand, in the ongoing second round of elimination in the collegiate ranks, the UV Green Lancers will have a light opponent in the win-hungry University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) Panthers (0-9) at 2:30 p.m., to be followed by the Cebu Institute of Technology-University Wildcats (3-6) and the University of Cebu Webmasters (3-5) at 4 p.m. (READ MORE)
