THE Cebu Institute of Technology-University (CIT-U) Wildcats ended their losing streak on Saturday after stunning the University of San Carlos (USC) Warriors, 78-70, in Cesafi 2016 Men’s Basketball Tournament at the New Cebu Coliseum.
