    THE Cebu Eastern College Dragons are parting ways with team consultant Mark Tallo.

    “The CEC Board decided to end the service of coach Tallo starting today (Tuesday). He is no longer part of our team as consultant.     THE Southwestern University (SWU) Cobras secured a ticket to the finals after defeating the struggling University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Jaguars, 69-49, in the second round of the semifinals in the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) men’s basketball Tuesday night at the Cebu Coliseum.

    THE West teams ruled the 2013 Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) All-Stars Sunday held at the Cebu Coliseum Sunday.

    The Raul “Yayoy” Alcoseba-coached West All-Stars scored an 87-80 win over the Felix “Donbel” Belano Jr.-mentored East All-Stars in the collegiate division, while Rommel Rasmo led West over the East, 104-82, in the high school division. Read More
