THE Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) is adjusting its eligibility rule with its the high school players, especially to schools who has adopted the K-12 program.
Cesafi commissioner Felix Tiukinhoy Jr. told Sun.Star Cebu that he is recommending to the board to update its high school eligibility rule to adjust to the K-12 program in which the University of San Carlos-Basic Education Department and the Don Bosco Technological Center are adopting. (READ MORE)
