MIGUEL Gastador exploded with 22 points to lead the University of San Jose Recoletos to an 88-81 win over the University of Southern Philippines Foundation(USPF) Panthers in the penultimate date of the elimination round of the college division of the 15th Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) Basketball Tournament at the Cebu Coliseum last night.
