UV gets morale-boosting win vs USC

THE University of the Visayas (UV) Baby Lancers gave the University of San Carlos (USC) Baby Warriors a neat beating with an 87-46 bashing in the 2016 Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) high school basketball tournament at the Cebu Coliseum yesterday.

The win was a morale booster for the Baby Lancers, who were at the center of the storm following the recent controversy, which involved its forward Justin Jake Rosete, who was caught “choking” Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu Magis Eagles player Benedict Andre Chua last Sunday. <a href=”
