A night of wipeouts

THE Southwestern University Cobras kept their record clean while extending the misery of the defending champions University of the Visayas Green Lancers following a clinical 71-58 victory in the 2014 Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) collegiate basketball tournament at the Cebu Coliseum last night.

The UV Baby Lancers however made up for the loss of the college squad as they made history being the first team to totally shut down an opponent in an entire quarter on its way to score one-sided 142-36 win over the hapless Don Bosco Technological Center Greywolves in the high school match earlier.
