(Cesafi) High School Basketball title at the Cebu Coliseum.

    IF his ways are to be followed, Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) Commissioner Felix Tiukinhoy Jr. wants his ordered schedule last Thursday to be played today, the final day of the crucial semifinal round of the 2015 Season basketball tournament at the Cebu Coliseum.

    It’s patterned after the NBA and PBA All-Star weekends, but unlike the pro events that attract new and casual fans, the one-day festivity in Cesafi rarely attracted people in the crowd.
