    IF his ways are to be followed, Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) Commissioner Felix Tiukinhoy Jr. wants his ordered schedule last Thursday to be played today, the final day of the crucial semifinal round of the 2015 Season basketball tournament at the Cebu Coliseum.

    In the original schedule, the University of San Carlos and the University of San Jose-Recoletos were supposed to play in the main game at 5 p.m., while the semis match between the University of the Visayas Green Lancers and Southwestern University was set at 3:45 p.m. (READ MORE)

    THE semifinal cast is complete after the University of San Jose-Recoletos Jaguars whipped the University of Cebu Webmasters, 73-53, to move to the final four of the 2015 Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) College basketball tournament at the Cebu Coliseum.

    USJ-R broke away after a tough three quarters with a 22-9 blast in the fourth quarter to eliminate the Webmasters. The Jaguars join the University of the Visayas Green Lancers, University of San Carlos Warriors and the Southwestern University Cobras in the round-robin semifinal round which will determine who will vie for this year’s collegiate division championship.     MIGUEL Gastador exploded with 22 points to lead the University of San Jose Recoletos to an 88-81 win over the University of Southern Philippines Foundation(USPF) Panthers in the penultimate date of the elimination round of the college division of the 15th Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) Basketball Tournament at the Cebu Coliseum last night.
